Pet Stores

• Avian and Exotic Animal Clinic sees patients from pet stores on a DROP OFF appointment basis ONLY.

  • Our medical team will be seeing pet store patients for appointment in between our other regularly scheduled client appointments.

  • Dropping off in the morning is preferred, to allow our team more time to complete any treatments or diagnostics necessary.

• There must be someone at the store that is available for communication with the doctor for medical decisions during the patient's visit. We greatly prefer textable numbers, versus calling your store!

• Most times pick up will be towards the end of the day (4pm-5pm), but the medical team will communicate a more specific pick up time based on your patient's needs and care.

• Payment is due in full at the time of service, and patients are not allowed to be discharged until payment is processed.

  • We ask that you do not add on or bring another patient without inquiring with the staff to be sure we will have time to see that pet.

  • Requests to bring in more pets than the patient originally scheduled, must be communicated with at-least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment day.
